- Cu/PE/TDW/Al Foil/LSZH
Cable Structure
- Conductor material: Annealed copper class 1 (solid)
- Insulation material: HDPE compound
- Pairs Identification: Single cores are twisted together to form a pair; four pairs are twisted to form the cable core. Four pair’s colors are White-Blue, Blue, White-Orange, Orange, White-Green, Green, White-Brown and Brown.
- Central separator: The cores are twisted into pairs and placed around an X-shaped central HDPE separator
- Aluminum Shield: A layer of aluminum foil wrapped helically or longitudinally as a shield in contact with a single tinned copper drain wire
- Outer Sheath material: PVC or Low Smoke/Halogen Free (LSZH) compound
- Outer Sheath color: Jade green
- Cable Length: 305 or 500 m
Application
This types of cables are used for transmission data to Gigabit networks and other network protocols The aluminum foil serves a shield, therefore, it would eliminate any effects of environmental noises in the system.
